My rating is a true 5 MINUS!!!! I don't know where to even begin with this company! I cant believe they haven't been shutdown by the Feds yet !! They are the worst I have ever had to deal with! They have overcharged our water bill for months! I have been calling and sending emails and pictures of our meter....but they refuse to give me a correct bill! They are now trying to claim we owe it but the water meter must be broken!!! Is this for real! Well..I am not going to sit and let then them rip me off every month! I have all the proof I need to file a complaint in Court!! I don't care what it cost me at this point! This is just so wrong to let these people run a Public Utilities Company!!!!!!

Worst water company anyone could have. Called several times to pay the water bill but they kept giving me the run around. In the end I had to pay a late fee since they turned my water off and kept telling me they had no records of my attempts to pay or didn't know anything about it. Seriously, if there was a choice I would NOTeven consider these people. Yet, when you check their website they have good comments, this company is absurd.
I wish i can give this company minus stars but since that can't be done, i guess i give it a 1 star. Very unprofessional and rude, specially this lady that works there. This company billed me 700 water bills numerous times. First they told me that one of our pipe line is leaking blah blah blah, second they couldn't read our water gage because it was broken, so they guessed how much water we used from our previous bill. All these crazy ass stories that doesn't make any sense. This is the only water company available around my area. Matter of fact, i don't have any water right now and i called them, but their phone is busy or disconnected. All the reviews i read are all 1 star and only talk bad things about the company. This company should get investigated.
The worst water company i have ever dealt with i paid my water bill on a friday and it took them 6 days to turn it back in even with me calling them and asking. Then i didnt have all the money to pay my bill i had 3/4 of the payment and they wouldnt let me pay to have it turned on then pay the rest when i got my check on friday i only get payed 1 time a month so it gets hard to be able to pay everything and have money the rest of the month especially when you dont make that much
Worst company ever , this company has the worst costumer service I have ever seen, tried to file a complain but they didn't know how to tell me how to contact the owner. seriously they need to step it up by far the worst.
zero stars outrageous water company I've never paid so much for a water bill for just 2 people sucks they are the only company that serves my house !!!!!!

What is going on with the water I want my water back we paid and still haven't gotten no water and I just live across the street from y'all and have no water that is ashame I been having water from y'all all my life but now it went down hill fix it !
