I've worked with academy a few times and unfortunately have had the same exact experience. No communication, no return phone calls, I even asked to speak with the manager and wasn't even given his phone number. Any information I received was from the title company. I will never use academy again and I do not recommend Gricelle Gonzalez if you do!

We refinanced with Academy Mortgage and the process was painless, quick, and super convenient. Honestly, I couldn't believe how receptive their employees were. Specifically their employee Chase Wilde. He was superior and provided customer service which you rarely find these days. Never was there a lapse in communication and he was available at any time of the day and always had answers.
