Very prompt , hardly a wait. Was able to apply in 15 minutes. Facility was very neat and clean and staff was very helpful

Absolute worst place to go! All the workers stand in the back and chat while one worker runs the window by herself. 12 people waiting and she's the only one helping us.

Went in for Passport card on a Wednesday morning before 11 and I was the only one in the lobby. I was helped right away and took .e a whopping 10 minutes for everything. Be sure to bring a check book for the application and fees though. Happy hunting everyone

Make sure to complete your paperwork on advance, and have all your documentation. If you arrive early, you can be in and out in under half an hour. Staff makes the process quite easy. Surprisingly well run government office.
