I have been seeing Dr. Baker for about 30 years. He is a Dr. that does not age and is always up to date on the latest treatments for everything. He never rushes you and is always there to listen. I would highly recommend Dr. Baker and his team for anyone looking for the best DR.

Dr. Lawerence is pretty scary. They won’t let you change doctors there. When I saw him last week he didn’t remember I had blood work done 2 months earlier. I ordered another blood test for a different check. He didn’t think to include cholesterol test since it was high last time. He just didn’t have my back. So I called to ask to change doctors. They had the manager call me later? He put Dr. Lawrence on who said it’s ok if I go somewhere else. As I calmly began to explain to him why I wanted to change doctors within that facility he interrupted and yelled, “DON’T TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB!” and hung up on me. It’s a PITA to find a new doctors office. They won’t complete my ct scan referral now even though my insurance was billed 700 just for Dr. Lawrence to refer me. Feeling so powerless and disrespected it’s scary.

I visited this office for routine annual checkup in 2017. It took forever to schedule that initial appointment. While there, I observed the front desk personnel were not answering phones, but sat there as the phone rang. I had to call later and the phone was not answered although there were plenty of workers there. The actual Doctor visit with Dr Baker was good, but the office visit was frustrating. That was what recall form 2017. Today, I had to wait 13 minutes before the phone was answered to schedule for a physical. Only then was I notified that I had an outstanding balance where my deductible was not met for 2017. I was not able to schedule until that was paid. I informed the appointment setter Andrea that I was not even aware of the charges and she told it was in collection. Again, I was not aware of this. In all, I find their Doctors may be good, but the office personnel and procedures sucks.
