I appreciated the EXCEPTIONAL service when I called their office! The administrator was kind, helpful and had an outstanding phone presence! Before class, they sent us a text, with a picture of where to park and where the school was located. The school shares a space with another building, making it a little harder to find, but with that advance picture we were able to find it easily. The sandwich board on the sidewalk also helped! I was REALLY impressed by Jay, a soft- spoken Bulgarian with the patience of a saint!!! The class delivered EXACTLY what I was there to receive, a reminder of how SERIOUSLY we need to take driving! Jay emphasized the need for laws, when it seemed like the majority of my fellow \ law breakers\ were trying to figure out how to get \around those laws!\ The excuses were many, but Jay handled them beautifully without shame or condemnation! The actual setting was a little uncomfortable for 4 hours, but the informal cement floors & folding chairs created a very relaxed atmosphere. There was lots of laughing and sharing of experience and \ fun facts!\ ( There were times I thought Wow! I must live under a rock!) I walked out of Express Driving MORE aware of the law, and the SERIOUS responsibility I have for myself , my passengers and my fellow drivers. Thanks for an good educational experience! Jay was the instructor I got and the class was so easy and was very engaging. It wasn’t boring at all. Jay explained everything in depth and I definitely recommend Express Defensive driving school for the dismissal of the traffic ticket.
Class was small, Great group, Excellent teacher very informed- all in all a very positive experience. Pace was well maintained and the number of questions asked did not extend the class. Teach was very personable.
The instructor was fantastic and it was really not a painful for hours and I learn something. I rarely say that so I would highly recommend this if you have to take a driving course
