Jason and Jim should get 10 stars! 5 stars does not do them justice for how hard they worked for me for so little money. Wow! They have pulled me out of two jams and each time with a smile. They are friendly and I felt they truly cared about my printing need and finding a resolution. Let's just say 37.00 at IMP compared to a (close in proximity) competitor's overpriced 356.00 for the same thing. Thank you guys. I'll definitely be using IMP as much as possible.
