Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing it was for our guest room, he didn’t try to steer us towards a more expensive mattress. He took the time to answer all of our questions. The next time we are ready for any new beds, Mattress Firm will be our first stop!

I've never been so please, so happy with my mattress shopping lol. I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed in ANY store I've enter and with my kids. Frank is the most beautiful person I've met. Hes very kinds and excellent salesmanship! Buying my daughters mattress was so fast and comforting every moment we were there. He never forgot our names and kept us feeling happy and knowing we purchased something good til the moment he walked us out. Our salesman, Nick LeClair, was very knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure. He took notes and showed us beds based on our answers to his questions. I appreciated the fact that he did not show us the most expensive bed just for the sale. We will be back for any beds we need in the future.
