Easy to make appointment online. They show next available appointment on website which helps a lot. In store, front desk was courteous. All the testing was explained beforehand and it was done swiftly. It was kind of fun to go through all of it. I preferred to do Optomap instead of dilation which was awesome. Doc did more testing and shared results of all the tests. All in all, it was a great experience.

Won't let me purchase contacts from them when I used them for exam last year. My prescription expires in 2 days and they are forcing me into another exam in order to get contacts. I will just order my boxes from somewhere else, it is possible to order contacts from the UK without your prescription as long as you know what your prescription is. Lenstore.co.uk Update in response to reply: you don't know how often I wear my contacts and how often I wear my glasses. It is possible to make one box last a year when my budget requires it. Also the products are the same brands you sell and the website is very upfront about the final price.

Great location, staff was very helpful and kind, the office is very clean & Professional. Dr. Hoeppner did a very detailed exam and their equipment is all new technology. Been wearing glasses since 14 months old and this is my favorite eye Dr. since childhood. I highly recommend!

I don't even know where to begin. This was the first time I have been overwhelmed with happiness with an eye care provider. First, you can book appointments online which is great. I had no wait when arriving to the office and the technician David was very friendly and patient running me through the exams. The technology here seemed better than other places I have been for eye exams. My appointment with Dr. Whitacre was awesome, she was able to help me with issues I haven't been able to resolve in the past with other doctors and she really took her time to make sure everything was right and I got all my questions answered. Lastly, Angelina helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and let me know exactly what my insurance covered and was very upfront about what I would be paying. She made me feel so confident trying on glasses, I think this is an amazing skill to have. In short, I have never felt more comfortable in an eye doctor before and was very grateful to have found this office randomly through an insurance search. Thank you!!

My wife and I had a good experience here. Dr. Whitacre is very professional, honest, helpful and to the point. If she wasn't sure about something, she said so. That's the way we like it. We appreciate their office being open during COVID19. The staff were also very professional and helpful. The option of the Optomap versus the eye dilation was nice. For us, the Optomap was much better than the eye dilation.
