My first impression of the staff is very friendly. Dr. Crooks was very attentive as we talked about what options are available to me. He is very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to my next procedure in hopes of improving my overall health. I do have one thing that I wish could be improved on. WAY too many forms to fill out. But that is just me.

I love Dr Crooks and Jessica Byrd! They are the best and have helped me more than I can express! I had three major back surgeries, the last one in Feb 2020. It has been a long road to healing for me since 2016 but thankfully I have been in great hands. It's hard to find good pain specialists in Az. I had a couple of nightmare experiences but I have been very impressed with the care and compassion at Pinnacle pain. Jessica Byrd is the best! I hope this helps anyone who is desperate to find a Pain specialist in Az.

I have seen Dr Crooks for over 10 years because of who he is. I am very grateful for his expertise, his brilliance and kind compassionate bedside manner. He is sincere and all his qualities are real and not created to impress each patient. He will quietly listen to every one of your complaints and needs. Because he is listening to a patient who desperately needs help he may get behind. He has a very busy practice and those who visit him need to understand and be patient. He will joyfully give you all that you need; but, that works both ways. I have seen some patients laying across chairs to ease their current pain until they can see him. He is always happy and works very hard on making you feel that way, too. His staff are just like him in their personalities and expertise. I look forward to seeing him every month. The nerve blocks he gives me are actually comforting. He sees to it that all staff involved are of his caliber. You would be very smart to become one of his patients. I call them his guests.
