Brandon has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for our family. My mom called and asked him when he could come to our house to service her lift. He let us know he'd get back to us. Within a couple hours he scheduled his brother Carson, to be at our house SAME DAY! Just like Brandon, Carson was prompt, efficient, helpful, respectful and friendly. Last night, my Bruno truck lift decided to break on me, almost leaving me stranded inside my vehicle and unable to go to work. Unfamiliar/new to the area, I googled \wheelchair lift repairs near me\, and low and behold, Power Mobility and Lifts popped up. First thing this morning, I drove straight over and not only was I IMMEDIATELY helped by a friendly employee, but he was able to diagnose and fix the issue within mere MINUTES!! I will DEFINITELY be doing business with these people in the future!!! Thank you mystery guy,,,(sorry, I didnt get your name)
My sister went to Power Mobility in search of a power chair for me as I was unable to go because my facility was on lockdown due to COVID19. Brandon was so patient with us as my sis questioned him, called me on the phone several times, & sent pictures. He answered all our questions, delivered the chair to me- we met outside- made sure I test drove it & was comfortable with it before he left & took my old chair. I strongly recommend this place.
Had a power chair here on consignment. What told it was sold and still have not received the proceeds of the sale.
