My mom recommended them because she knows someone who works here so I figured I would use them Gus was an hour late to our scheduled appointment but since I needed my windshield replaced I had no choice but to wait he was friendly though and quick however since he replaced my window I have been getting invoices the first one was literally 4 months later and I received another last week threatening to take me to collections which upset me so again I called to speak to someone about because I don’t need a collection agency calling me about something that has been paid already literally the day of service. Probably won’t recommend because it was passed on to one rep to another and each time I had to explain the situation.

Reliable Glass services the 100 trucks for the company I work for. They are always friendly and professional when they show up at our business and do a great job. They will also will meet with our employees at their homes if that is more convenient. So when I had to replace the windshield on my personal vehicle, I had no reservations about calling them. They were even one of the 3 companies my auto insurance recommend. This is the second windshield I have had to replace this year and I take it to the Chandler location to have it done because of the sensors that have to be recalibrated. The staff there are just as friendly and professional as those in the field. Couple of the techs even recognized me from my work and gave friendly hello, good to see you.
