Rating a restaurant during a Holiday weekend is a bit tough. Although Valentines Day is actually on Sunday, the pandemic has limited the number of patrons a restaurant can safely host so I chose to celebrate on Saturday evening. We were seated in an overflow area which was nice since we had plenty of space. All of that said, the food was not up to normal standards for Roy's. For starters, I ordered a wedge salad and my wife ordered the tempura crusted ahi roll. The wedge salad was laughable . . . but I didn't laugh. The ahi roll was decent though. For the main entre we ordered the filet mignon and the blackened ahi. Both were decent but not as good as we've had in the past. I'll chalk up the subpar meal on the fact that it was Valentines weekend. If the next visit does not meet expectations, I'll move on.

Absolutely fabulous! The Hawaiian martini was wonderful! The lobster tail was the most tender I've ever had, and the Chilean sea bass was to die for! Can't wait for a return trip to this area so we can go again!
Went for anniversary and upon arrival, we had a card placed on the table with orchid buds to welcome us to the table. Nice touch, not expected. Food was good, cocktails were on point, and our server Kim was amazing. Love coming to a place where the staff is familiar enough with the menu to really describe the experience. Kim made the visit. Only thing keeping score from being higher was a table of people who were loudly f-bombing every five seconds. Not the restaurant's fault necessarily, normally wouldn't care, but this was an anniversary.

Awesome, great food. This is one of the better restaurants I have been to in AZ.
