I was in need of a new chain link fence to block off a section of my yard to keep the dogs out of the mud and away from the neighbor's dog. I also was going to replace two sections of my existing chain link fence. The representative that came out to give me an estimate was really friendly, professional and very thorough. I was happy with our conversation and the estimate that I received. He told me that it would be about three weeks before they would come out and do the work. It was close to the holidays so I understood and agreed on that. Unfortunately, it did take about two weeks longer than planned but once I called and talked to someone they came within a couple days. It was during Christmas and New Year's so I let that slide. The fence looks fantastic and I was really happy with the two gentleman that came to install it. They were very polite and efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. Poor guys were covered in mud. (Again, part of the reason for the new section.) I am very happy with the overall experience from Long Fence. When I am ready to replace the remaining sections of my existing fence, I will definitely be calling them again!! Thank you so much!!! Fair price for our backyard (townhouse) fence and gate, workers were on-time and very professional. The team lead (Ever) ensured that we were periodically updated on the status of the project. He was able to answer our questions regarding the installation of the fence. We can't wait for Long Fence to return in a few weeks for our deck replacement. Thanks, Harry and Kathy Update - Long Fence came back to complete install of deck floor boards and railing caps, see the additional photos. The demo was completed in one day, by one installer (Juan). Not sure if you can ask for a particular person from their team, but Juan would be on the top on my list. The decking material was delivered early the next day by two employees; again Juan did all of the installation work himself. Not sure if you can see clearly in my pictures, Juan’s level of detail with his expert craftsmanship down to the placement of the decking screws was faultless. Great quality product. Gorgeous 6’ vinyl fence with double gates. Even better than the plans. Had to wait for install due to pandemic - worth it! Once installed they called to check and came back quickly to tweak one minor change. Courteous crew. Nice people. Highly recommend. Neighbors admire the fence, too. Thank you Long Fence.
Highly recommend Long Fence for anyones fencing need. Long Fence gave us a very competitive quote for fencing in our backyard and backed by their 70 yr plus in the business, the company was our choice for the job. It was easy to work with then to set up the ji. Date, they were able to do the hob way before the 3-4 week window they told us. I am impressed with the workers who came to do the hob, very courteous, knew what they were doing and left the site clean after the job was done. Totally Happy with the whole process- start to finish.
Long Fence did a great job. They came early and completed it all in one day. We can now enjoy our backyard without worrying our kids and dogs will explore past the property line
