It would be easy to give them 10 stars....from the first appointment to the final installation I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands.The men that installed the generator went above and beyond what I expected. The were thorough and communicated carefully with every step. I would recommend them without reservation !

The installation of our Generac standby generator went very well. Shepp Electric did a great job installing and educating me.
My husband and I recently had Shepp Electric install a Generac Generator. Right from the first initial contact with Clint, they were great. He was on top of every email sent and answered any questions right away. The technicians (Luke & Jason) were there right on scheduled time and had our install done in no time. Maybe 5 hours, max. They were polite, professional and efficient. I would recommend Shepp Electric to anyone.

Just a note to say thanks to Shepp and their fantastic team of technicians, 2 of whom spent the day at our house yesterday installing, configuring and training us on the use of a Generac 16kw whole house backup generator. As is the norm for our home, it’s always a little more difficult due to the lack of a basement, requiring everything to be run in the crawl space under the house. They performed admirably, completing an otherwise difficult job in an efficient manner, detailing the changes to our house ‘grid’ and what to be aware of as far as backup generators go. Both Brian and Joe were a pleasure to have at our home, which turned out to be nearly an 8hr job, start to finish. On a cold, blustery day they seemed unaffected by the conditions, working methodically and taking the time to explain just what was happening whenever I inquired about a particular item. In addition to cleaning up and consolidating some extraneous grounds in our main panel, they left the work area clean and nicely buttoned up before leaving the job site. Ya just never know what you’re gonna get when having contractors over to do some work; some are rushing, some are moving slowly, some seem like they’ll never get the job done or, at the very least, get the job done in accordance to the initial proposal/estimate. In this particular case, I couldn’t think of anything else they could have done to exemplify the phrase ‘Service Excellence’. Top notch and highly recommended, and entertaining to boot. Thanks to all at Shepp, especially Brian and Joe; couldn’t ask for anything more from initial appointment and consultation to pulling out of our driveway at the end of the install. Kinda actually looking forward to our next power outage…
