So disappointed I literally tried this 3 times my fish was literally mush and I received uncooked beans thrown over rice no gravy, the shrimp and sauce for the poboy was full of flavor but the bread was STALE!!! No fries just 4 pieces of shrimp on hard stale bread... the crab and shrimp rice so disappointing rice was hard I just can’t! I feel like there is potential but right now this just isn’t working!!!

Wow! It was seasoned well and everything tasted good including the dipping sauce. Staff was professional and friendly and they are practicing CDC guidelines.(9/18/20)

The gator bites were soggy rubbery, and flavorless, and the fries were dry and completely unseasoned. Not to mention the portion size was incredibly small. All around, one of the worst food truck experiences I have ever had.

Absolute worst portions I have experienced in my 24 years of life. They say this gator is worth 10? Please, I would barely pay over 2 for this. What an incredibly huge ripoff.
