This is a fun place, but horribly organized. Even if you buy tickets online ahead of time, you have to wait in line with everyone else who doesn’t have a ticket. We arrived at 7:40 for a Glow event and didn’t get through the line until 8:35. You are required to buy special Glow shirts for their events and we had ours from prior events. But again, that saves you no time in the line. You still have to wait in the same line as everyone else who is picking out their size and color of shirts. They need to have separate lines for those who have done everything online ahead of time or who already have the required gear. We wasted nearly an hour in line. So, they are a fun place but they DEFINITELY need some help with their organization. For the price paid, I would expect it to be better run. For a group of 9 of us, I probably will spend my money elsewhere in the future.

A fun place to let the kids burn their energy off during this covid winter season
Sky Zone does not follow the mask mandate currently in effect. TONS of people (adults and children) were walking around with no mask whatsoever. No attempts were made to ask anyone to wear a mask, and the staff seemed unconcerned when asked.
We decided to come here for my son's 8th birthday. We also have a 4-year-old boy, so finding places that both could enjoy is important. They had a blast!! Honestly, my husband and I did as well. As a bigger woman, I did have a difficult time climbing out of the foam pit! It felt like it took about 5 minutes for me to get out but it was so much fun!! We really enjoyed the laser tag upstairs. It was our first time playing. We will definitely go again but next time we'll get two missions instead of one. I'm pretty sure our youngest wants to celebrate his birthday there next month!!!
Awesome.... This is a great place to bring the kids for a great time. It is very clean facility. There's also a snack place to get your boost when you get tired. They have different areas for the kids to enjoy, regular bouncing and tumbling, basketball dunk area, ball pit area, obstacle course area, dodge ball area. The staff was very helpful and courteous to everyone. Will definitely be going back again and recommending to everyone.
