Never had a worst experience In any Kilwins store ever.The store is pretty outdated inside and busy due to the good ice cream that they sell and being a touristic spot.The staff seemed to be overwhelmed due to that, 2 staff members in there senior age.At the time the store had only 2 customers inside included myself. I’ve asked a split cup(two different flavors in one cup) and the lady said that she’s busy and later on after I was surprised by her answer said that the store do not do split cups... She offered to do it later on because I was obviously upset and surprised ..but I refused it and walk away.Definitely not the experience expected for the chain and also for being a tourist spot..
