TLDR: fast food done right! Located in the food court of Northgate Mall. Menu pretty straight forward. The gourmet fries are to die for. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! So good! Nothing better than a warm philly steak sandwich! Sandwiches in the menu can have additional toppings added for free from the topping bar.

Tastiest place to get a great cheese steak sub at a reasonable price. Besides the classic Philly, they offer a variety of "base" sandwiches on which to build whatever toppings you want. They also have a good selection of soft drinks and so far the wait time has never been very long even if there are several people being served.
The sandwich didnt even remotely look anything like the photo. It was very slim, they were not generous at all with the toppings. Looked like a third world sandwich. However I will say the taste was very good. But for 15 dollars I definitely don’t think is worth it.
Enjoyed this place, but unfortunately another casualty of the Northgate Mall remodel, it seems.

I was walking towards Charleys and the lady right behind the counter was picking her nose, not just picking, like digging. She doesn't even wash her hands, looks at me, then walks to the back. So I bought Taco Bell.
If you want to pay 15 for “just okay” sandwiches, this is the place. Service is ZERO as those asian barely speak English and NEVER smile. Ask for extra sauce or veggies and they will send you to register to pay extra 1.50. You might as well go to Red Robin and get a nice drink and unlimited fries with an excellent service for less money!
I came to eat with my baby and specificity ask the cashier to make sure our food didn't had mushrooms because my son and I, are super allergic to them my son. Start to have and allergic attack because he had eat the mushrooms Thanks to God I have the medicine with me....
