The lab at this place is completely incompetent. I had a Covid-19 swab done here because it’s required for surgery. There was AMPLE time for the test to be run and results to be given to my surgeon and based on my chart the test was NEVER DONE. My surgery had to be CANCELLED because they didn’t bother to do their job. A surgery I waited months to have scheduled. Not to mention they were RUDE to me when I went in.
