The new store is about to open, but the real gem to me is the employees. Wade hooked me up with good stuff hidden in the back, plus he was super friendly. All the staff I interacted with were great plus none them were pushy like you get in some other duty free stores.
They have been closed for days yet it says open on their web site. You call them and you can see the people outside and no one answers. More than 70% of people are not getting their goods at the gate which they are in D concourse and if your in A it’s a 25 min walk. Just use caution people reviews are horrible and for the third time so has my experience. Hey duty free at least change your hours to closed when your not open. It’s a frickin long walk and your people are extremely rude. Negative five stars.
Great staff,British chocolate ,the lancome rep is wonderful knows her stuff, Sharon, she showed me a great eye technique, and some wonderful fragrances, highly recommended
They didnt want to sell to terminal C (wich is just next to terminal D) saying that my fligth was delay (but it was on time). The only Duty free in the qu’île airport. One of the worst experience ever!
Worst company. They were not at the gate when we boarded to give us our purchased liquor that's delivered plane side. I wouldn't buy anything from these people because of my terrible experience.
Don’t plan on stocking up for your vacation here. Unhelpful staff. Had an hour layover and they still couldnt figure out how to let us buy alcohol and get it to the gate in time.
