Absolutely love Steelecreek's setup. Wish it was in the Uptown's location. The bigger grass area is ideal. Lucky Dog is an amazing concept. Just make sure your dog is up to date on shots and spayed or neutered, and obviously friendly.

Visited while using the EV charging station across the street. Staff was super friendly. Loved watching the dogs play on the patio.
We have really enjoyed Luck Dog. We haven't visited the bar during 2020 for obvious reasons but we are very thankful to continously be able to drop off our pup for boarding and daycare. I know the staff here really take care of her, they all know her name when she arrives and we get updates about her mood and behavior when she leaves. Really happy they started the private FB group to post pics and videos of our pups when they are there so we can follow the action. They don't have cameras that you can watch like some other daycares but honestly I'm glad because i don't think my wife would get any work done if they did. She would just watch the cameras all day. We trust that she is having a good time and she is always worn out when returning home. They seperate dogs according to size so we know she is playing with other size appropriate pups. Lately they've been adding seasonal photo shoots for free which is a really cool added bonus. The grooming options are super helpful. Way cheaper than taking her to a groomer and it gets done while she is here for daycare. The one reason I have to take a star off (4 instead of 5) is because on more than one occasion when she has gotten her nails clipped, a few have been missed. I asked once and they said if that's the case it's because she wouldn't sit still enough for them to do it safely, which I can believe but still, I pay good money and tip for the service. I would like it to be done all the way each time. Otherwise really, really recommend!
We LOVE Lucky Dog Bark & Brew! We visited the new Steele Creek location on a Saturday in December! Awesome outdoor space..no problem on social distancing..great tables with umbrellas. Our dog was stoked! Best play day ever for her. Dog areas kept clean and mops are kept out for easy cleaning up. Great selection of NC craft beer, hard ciders too for the GF crowd. Really cool place..highly recommend for your dog AND you!!
