Initially Mark was a funny guy who I felt confident handling the case. When we weren't ready to settle and had concerns, he raised his voice and told us what we better do. It was to late in the case to find another attorney so we had to settle. We also had to continue to make them work for us when he actually did nothing because it was an open and shut case. If I ever have to use a attorney again he definitely wouldn't be on my list.
