I had new gutters installed by Presto Garage and Gutters on April 14th, due to my original gutters being old and literally hanging off of the house. The installation ended up being less than I initially thought new gutters would have been, also. I got a quote from Bill about a week prior to installation and he was able to work around my very busy work schedule and met me at 7 in the morning, in Statesville, to help me out, which I really appreciate! He was on time, very knowledgeable and informed me about potential upgrades and even helped me to understand what I needed and what I didn't. I ended up going with 6 inch gutters with 3" X 4" downspouts installed by Matt and his brother and am very pleased with results! It looks like new house with such nice gutters! I have already recommended them to a few friends who could also use new gutters. Overall, it was an easy process with quality results. And will probably get them to do my garage door too, when the time comes
Fantastic job!!! My gutters turned out better than I ever thought they would. Bright white new 6" gutters will make all the difference. From my first call to Candis in the office to seeing the installers off today was nothing but top notch, quality work and service. The team showed up on time. They were very professional, installed my gutters and reviewed their work with me to make sure I was happy before cleaning up and heading out. Bill, my contact and sales guy was just as awesome. No high pressure sales, just good conversation and great prices. By far the best overall customer experience I've had all of 2020. My garage doors are next! In response to the owner's comments, these are the facts: 1) Company was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could meet them at property, this didn't happen 2) Technician entered the garage initially, and then knocked on the door to inform tenants he was in the garage. 3) The motor was not tampered with or touched. I was informed a new motor needed to be ordered, but was told the warranty was void because the case was opened and the circuit board fried 4) I did not create a problem here, the garage door stopped working. I did try to fix it by resetting and seeing what I could do before calling. The warranty is now "void" because I tampered with the motor which is factually incorrect.
Completely dissatisfied. Motor broke on unit and company claimed warranty was not valid because plastic casing was opened. For service, they were asked to contact me 30 minutes prior as I didn't live at property. They didn't, and proceeded to enter the garage without my permission. Once they entered the garage, they knocked on door inside to alert occupants but entered garage on their own. I recommend taking business elsewhere, they did ANYTHING they could to void the warranty when the unit clearly broke. Unreliable product that broke within a year after a simple power outage and zero warranty....they just wanted to take pictures and blame the owner.
Presto changed my garage door opener system and adjusted my springs. First rate job. It works great and is very quite. Technician very knowledgeable. Arrived when the said they would, called enroute. Prices fair. We're very satisfied.
I was very pleased with the excellent customer service that we received from Garage Doors and More! They kept me updated on the order and installation. The installer was excellent! He was professional and very personable. He immediately went to work and explained the process thoroughly. He told us how long it would take to complete the job. His work was excellent and he cleaned up and you would never know he had been here except for the beautiful door he installed! Only one word is needed to describe his installation, EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend Garage Doors and More to anyone!
