We were exceptionally pleased with everything about Jake Mackey, Roby's electrical serviceman. His work was professional, accurate and neat.Jake's manner was always pleasant and very helpful when responding to our questions. Of note is the professional way he worked with team members who assisted him, He is an outstanding representative of Roby Services. Jake is definitely our man if we need additional electrical work. He came back briefly to check one of the outlets we were having trouble with. He thoroughly explained the problem and took care of it.

I just wanted to send you a note to say how outstanding Roby treated us with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the problem was resolved – coming during the day to fix it and then coming back that night to fix the problem again. The entire staff was incredible to deal with. I personally spent time talking to Elijah as well as Anthony who after several conversations – came out later in the evening to research and correct the problem. We dealt with several employees of Roby – Elijah, Hunter, Chou and Anthony and all were incredibly patient, understanding of our frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to service us and make sure the problem was resolved. We can’t thank Roby enough for helping us on several occasions and working to make sure there was resolve. Roby went above and beyond and will have our business going forward. Thank you again to the team for all that they did for us.
