We had reservations for a private table in the back a month in advance for my friends 30th birthday m they had to reschedule with the weather and when we did get to go they shoved us in the front at the line for ordering food. The customer service and management did nothing to help and ruined our experience. If we wanted a walk up bar we would have gone somewhere else but we expected a nice restaurant to enjoy our time As a restaurant this place is poor and the customer service is seriously lacking. The bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper, covered in water and unkempt. If you want a college dive bar it's fine, if you want decent food on a clean restaurant don't go here. we were very upset with Krissy's management and no resolution to our concerns.

I have never been here before, and considering I visited mid-pandemic, I was able to have a socially distant seat and get advice from employees quickly. The beer and food is incredible. I had the Porchetta Sandwich and haven't stopped thinking about it for two months.
My wife and I are new to town, and after a wonderful evening at Kardinal Hall, we are proud to say it will become one of our regular spots. Excellent service all around. I was not at all familiar with the boundless draft selection they had, so the bartender took extra care to find something I’d enjoy. My wife had the “Wrath of Grapes” cocktail...holy moly. Phenomenal. Food was delicious, and we were very appreciative of the safety measures they took during all of this uncertainty. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Luke and Charlise
Good beer and cocktail selection. We went right after it opened and then not again for a good long while. Last weekend, it was great. We had a couple of great sandwiches off the brunch menu. Everything was very well cooked.
Great food, and although I didn't get to try the beer, the hubby enjoyed a litre of Oktoberfest. We got the crispy bocce balls to start, and our meals were so good we are every bite! Large outdoor seating, which was perfect for 6 foot distancing.
