The employee was sitting inside the trailer talking on the telephone and smoking when I arrived to drop off my donations. I stepped up on the platform and asked if I could unload the contents so I could have my clear bin back. He grumbled and told me that I could not be up there. He then proceeded to complain about how he had to sort the items in my donation. I unloaded all the other boxes from the car as he slowly sorted and continued to complain about his difficult job. Let’s just say that I didn’t feel any goodwill about making a donation. Next time, I’ll drop off at a church center instead!
Closed before store closing hours and people standing at the door looking out at me and not saying if they were closed or not. Bad business!
Attendant was very courteous and helpful and took steps to follow social distancing protocols
Didn't have alot to choose from but got a few things and they had some nice mattress and furniture..

Had problem remembering what phone number we had set up in order to get discounts. Cashier was nonchalant. I asked, " could you look up the account by name?" "Yes, " she responded. Could havec started there from the beginning. She acted as though we were a burden. Very few people were in the store. We were the only ones in the checkout line. Forgot what we bought. Distracted by poor customer service, service, service, .....
