Was traveling back from Florida when i was ran off the road. Was so scared I had messed something up on my cayenne. Called Laura in service and she was able to get me in immediately. I was back on the road within an hour. Excellent service.

We have a 35 year old Porsche 944 and I drove it to the dealership to pick up a spare key I ordered. When I was leaving it wouldn’t start. We went into the service department to see if someone could look at it. There we met Wayne and Mike. They were super helpful. They ordered the parts needed to fix our car and made a list of items I asked them to check while it was there. Laura our service advisor contacted me after the parts arrived and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. A few days later our car was ready to go. This was my first experience with a Porsche service department and I was thoroughly impressed by everyone who helped us and the work they did. We’ll definitely be back.

Searching for a car for my wife I saw Porsche of Chattanooga had one listed online. I dropped by to look at it and met Mr. Blackwell. He didn't pressure me at all and let me take the car home for the wife to check it out. This made her decision very easy and pressure free. She was so helpful and patient and never pushy. If she didn't have an answer for our MANY questions, she was quick to find out.
