Used Raindance a couple of weeks ago. They came out and did an estimate and we scheduled the work for about a week later. Our tech, Matt, was super professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing for the services performed was great. He took his time in fixing our issues. Didnt rush through. Made sure the job was done completely and correctly. Would totally recommend and will use again when necessary!!

Rain Dance did not install our irrigation system, but wish we knew then what we know now. However, we have used Rain Dance for a few years now for winterization and Spring set up. It would be a battle to get the original company that installed our system to bring back the whole apparatus in the Spring to get our system up and running. Rain Dance leaves the backflow at the homeowners house. I literally had to beg the owner one year (the last year we used him) to set up, since he had possession of the \backflow?\, which is quite expensive or we would have just called another company. He would not return calls and I do not feel asking late July after sending pictures of our dead grass to please set it back up is unreasonable. Two times at the main, pipes froze in the first two years after winterization, but with panicked messages I left, the owner came out to fix. Blamed another person both times. When this other company winterized our system one year, I knew they were here when all the pipes in our house made a noise as if LOTS of air was in the pipes. Why? Have no clue, but this was the same year, the pressure valve located on the finished side of our basement had a slow drip, which caused damage to our wall before it was noticed. (It could have been worse) The reason I am posting a review now is because of the customer service we have received over the years. This year we received an email explaining we could opt to have some sort of insulation to cover the pipes to keep them from freezing just in case there is an early freeze for those who may need to use their sprinkler system for over seeding, since last year there was an early freeze. (Our system is an above ground) They are willing to make two trips at their expense before fully winterizing. We opted to have ours totally winterized since we will not be over seeding this year. It was happenstance for switching to Rain Dance and grateful we did!
