Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad. Awesome experience at Southern Powersports. Anthony in service was great to work with. Took my bike in at the exact scheduled time. Communication was great and honest feedback was given. I drove away confident that my bike was road ready and safe. I will definitely be a repeat customer with all of my Honda products. There is another Honda dealer in Chattanooga. I rated them a 1 star for lying to me and refusing to complete warranty work because I did not buy the product from them directly. If you want the best support and service you can get here in Chattanooga, go south to Southern. Ask for Anthony or Brent.

Worth the ride from SW Ga. Loving our Honda!
Brand new CRF450 was experiencing idle issue since purchase. The first time I dropped it off was kept for almost two weeks, when I called to check they said they were waiting to hear directly from Honda. I had a trip planned so picked the bike up without the issue being resolved. The second time I dropped it off it once again took over a week, this time they called me and told me it was ready. They had changed a spark plug and cleaned the fuel injector, simple job I could have done myself and now I wish I would have. When I arrived to pickup the bike I signed the paperwork and they said they’d bring it right out. I sat in my truck for 20 minutes before going back inside to see what the hold up was. I was informed the plastics had not been reinstalled and the tech that had worked on it was now on vacation. I sat for another hour as I witnessed what appeared to be them redoing the work they said was complete and test driving it again before finally bringing the bike out for me to load by myself. They wasted my time and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Unimpressed and deeply frustrated as this is a brand new motorcycle that has already spent almost three weeks back at the dealership.
I would highly recommend Southern Honda Powersports to anyone who doesn't like to deal with hidden fees or the typical nonsense you get at other dealerships. The staff were all extremely friendly and many of them struck up conversations ranging from riding stories to technical information about my new machine. I will gladly make the 3 hour journey to this dealership if I'm ever in the market again for another bike, which I will be. Probably the best dealer experience I've had in my lifetime. My salesman Mr. Able, who I had been in contact with during that week, came out to meet me in the parking lot before I even put the truck in park. Awesome service and character from the staff.
Bill Spearman in sales and Jack in finance are great! I looked around a few places before deciding on a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 from Southern Honda Powersports, and I haven't looked back since. Very pleased with the machine and service.
