I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled because of the outstanding service I received from Jacob at UTECH. He explained everything to me and did an excellent job. This by far was one of my best experiences!!! Thank you and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Great job. Quick to answer questions and scheduling. Free estimates and called to follow-up a few days later. Had new piping from a subpump redirected to a sewer drain. They even did a few extra things at no charge. Professional and honest work. And cost was 475 less than Rotor Rooter and they dont steal your stuff! Thanks ;)
I just had some work done in our basement by Alan and Pat. They were fantastic. Here were more than polite - did great work with no mess - and Alan went out of his way to answer all questions. I highly recommend them.
I used Utech for a few different cracks in my wall. The first time they came they were very nice and Norm gave me a good price so we set them up to do the job. About 6 months later they same area was still leaking so another guy came to look at it and said that the guy who fixed it should of went farther down the wall so at that point they just charged me a service fee and they came to fix the problem. About 6 months ago I started remodeling my basement and notice water also coming in in a different area so I called them again to give me an estimate for that problem and this time it was a few hundred dollars more but I needed it done and had them fix it with no issues yet. I noticed last week that water was coming in again from the same area they came back twice to fix already. I also noticed that the plastic piece they put on the wall was very loose and not flush to the wall. I spoke to a lady at Utech and she advised me to send pictures so I did along with a copy of the warranty and my response back from them was “it’s say in your warranty that it’s not guaranteed so do you want us to send someone out to give you a new estimate” my response was no I’ll get someone else here who can fix the job right since you can’t honor your warranties to your customers. I have sent Utech several customers over the years and never again. They need to man up to there employees mistakes. Everyone who has been here to do work was rushing to finish the job because they had so many jobs they had to do in a day. Well maybe if your employees weren’t rushed the job would be done right. As of right now I’m done with Utech and very upset how I was handled
Utech did an amazing job on repairing my cracks and foundation problems in my basement. Tony and sandy had great communication from the estimate to the completion of the job! The crew cleaned up everyday and were respectful of my home. I highly recommend this company for any basement need that you may have! The whole process was easy for me from the engineering to pulling permits for me and ensuring that inspection was passed! Best part is they stayed on schedule, budget, and even completed the job a day earlier than expected! Thank you Utech! I can now sleep at night was ease!!
