Best service around. Not like other clinics or docs that don’t know your name and are only working for the money. Today’s visit was the best, starting with reception, the nurses, Dr. Lopez, and the lab tech. You can tell that they set a high bar of professionalism, love their work, and work well as a team. I’ve been seeing Dr Lopez and her team for over 10 years now and they are the best for general family medicine. If you need a specialist, they are good to get you into seeing the best around (which is usually in Spokane). If you have an after hours emergency, go to Deaconess or Sacred Heart. If you just need to see a doc that knows you and your name, then go to Cheney Multicare.

I specifically said I wanted a female doctor and they did not tell me they only had a male doctor on staff until I was in the room after vitals were taken. For people who request female doctors sometimes there is an important reason for that. Information in advance would help. I will continue to go for main services but will only go to planned parenthood for other issues.
