Everyone I dealt with at DelCrest has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & easy-going... Definitely a welcomed energy during the otherwise stressful times causing the need for their products. They knew what would be covered by insurance/Medicare, and advised of the most cost effective manner given our situations. We were able to get what we needed promptly (rented a scooter same day and purchased a lift chair that they personally delivered (in the snow) next day (for free))! The warranty is helpful and knowing we could call them if we ever have trouble grants peace of mind. Great job, DelCrest! I hope we don't need you often, but am glad you're here when we do!

Horrible make sure you save your receipts. Because they can never find anything . Dirty and the place smells .
