Staff was awesome. Friendly, professional and very helpful. I'm claustrophobic and felt very comfortable. Worst part was trying to stay still. Great experience. Wouldn't get an mri any other way. Highly recommend this facility. I drove an hour to get to this facility and it was well worth the distance.

The staff was great however the actual mri imagines were horrible. My doctor laughed and asked if it was taken on a potato and the files were all over the place he couldn’t open them all.

I had an appointment today for an upright MRI of my lumbar spine. When I called to make the appointment the front desk asked for my height and weight. I’m a big girl. I got to the appointment and was visibly nervous. The woman that brought me back was outwardly annoyed that I was having anxiety. When we walked into the room with the machine I said, “Am I going to fit in there?” She said, “I guess we will find out.” Just looking at the machine I saw that I wouldn’t fit. She told me to fold my arms and squeeze in. I was not comfortable and I told her so. I ended up leaving after telling her 3 more times that I was not going to fit. She knew I wasn’t going to be able to fit and she kept insisting. I felt extremely embarrassed and after calming down I phoned 2 other upright MRI locations. Both locations said they would have not make the appointment after asking my height and weight. I was mortified today and I feel like it all could have been avoided had the woman that made the appointment paid some attention and the tech had some sympathy. I also need to point out the the width of the part that you have to sit in is a mere 18inches. A regular sized person would barely fit in a space that small let alone someone that is even remotely overweight.

Believe EVERY negative review !!! DO NOT GO HERE. Had test done, they gave me a CD that was blank. Got to Referring doctor 2 weeks later, no REPORT !! The doctor called 5x to send him the report while I waited in the exam room !!! Nothing. I called 4x myself and was ignorantly hung up on. I wish I could call my insurance company and tell them not to pay them ... terrible .. ZERO STARS if I could.

They need to hire people at the front desk with at least a high school education.. Front ofc said they would be open until 9 and they would call back, never did, they close at 5.
