When we first created our design and made the purchase of our shed I would have given Shelia's sheds 5 stars. Even with me having to go back to the office to fix the errors that were made on their end. That was on 7/30/20. However when I called back after 7 or 8 weeks to check on a delivery status Shelia herself was very short and rude to me and my 83 year old father. I asked for the number to check with the delivery company since this is the second old Hickory Shed I have bought, Wes my previous salesman gave me the number with no issues. She abruptly said and WHO gave you that number?! She said you are not suppose to have that number that just slows down production by bothering them! And continued to use a harsh voice telling me with COVID we are at least 8 weeks out. My father was concerned because he was paying for a storage unit, but she didn't care she came back with that's why I tell everyone at least 8 weeks, well we were very close to that 8 week period. I called back and spoke to Melissa she said someone would check on the status at 8 weeks and call me, nobody called me. FYI Shelia...The CUSTOMER SERVICE should always continue after the sale. I have never felt so angry and disgusted especially after just spending 4,500! After this conversation she made me feel so uncomfortable that I contacted her district manager who was very polite and apologetic and handled things professionally he also gave me the name of the delivery company and said that should have been given to me right away. He would talk to Shelia about this. So you would think Shelia's sheds would have apologized to me or my father for being so hateful but 10 weeks later our shed was delivered and not a word from nobody at Shelia's sheds. Patriot Storage (delivery company) apologized for them. He explained to me due to COVID everyone is behind. I said my problem was more with Shelia and her disrespectful attitude. Patriot Storage sells sheds I would recommend them, but NOT Shelia's sheds.

Customer service was amazing ! I bought a building at here. The ladies were very informative.I know nothing about building. But the ladies helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The delivery guys were very professional as well.
I bought a building from Shiela a few months ago.It has be set up and we love it. She is so sweet, kind and very respectful to us both. She came out to my house and done a site inspection so I could see how much building I was able to get. My wife and I are both elderly and unable to get out. She was very knowledgeable about metal buildings. She also wrote it up right here in our home. I never knew any building company that does that. I had called several places and tried to get them to come out and give us an idea of what we could get. But not one company would even call me back. Shiela called me back right away and was here within a few days. Thank you Shiela for your kindness and generosity. I will definitely be sending everyone I know your way. I would give you a 10 star rating if I could.
