Hands-down he is probably the best shop I’ve taken my car too. He has had my truck two different times for two different reasons. He gets my truck done the same day he gives me updates so that I know how long it’ll take. He even squeezed me in for an urgent check engine light. I highly recommend rich & same day audio!

Well, once you been there and dealt with the guy who owns the place you realize you have just met the smartest person you'll ever meet in your life. I mean he can solve any problem even the problems the factory can handle. He definitely gets it done and it turns out better than you thought I mean your expectations are set only so high and then he exceeds that. As far as wait time I didn't have any problems it was a day early. I'll be sending all my problems to him now.
