The team from WSC are very professional . From the first meeting with the sales person telling him my needs and his recommendations to the installation were very professional , neat and very patient explaining the set up and functions on how to use the control4 remote also service was awesome.
WSC installed a control 4 multi zone theatre system in my newly built home in two phases. This was my first theatre system installed professionally and I don’t think the experience could’ve been any better. Everyone from the installers to the ladies at the office were extremely helpful, responsive, patient and nice. First phase was installed over a year ago and I’ve had no issue which led me without hesitation to have wsc install the second phase. I’m extremely thankful for Shawn, Chris, April and team for the service and overall experience. Thank you!
I have used WSC for many years. They are professional, friendly and very responsive. From calling for an estimate to the technicians doing the work, everyone is great to work with. I let them know what I want and they take the time to evaluate the situation and offer suggestions for the best experience. They never try to oversell you. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal and it shows in everything that they do. I will continue to use them for all my audio/visual needs and recommend them to others.
