I have very bad anxiety and claustrophobic, my first interaction on the phone with the receptionist was wonderful , she had pleasant voice and bubbly attitude, she was very knowledgeable and patience with me, she explained everything throughly. But nothing was more pleasing than the actual office visit that same voice greeted me and reassured I was in good had with radiology tech Tony, who is also wonderful. Toria and Tony at the Chevy Chase office are amazing team. I highly recommend this location office is clean and efficient very professional staff.

Angela at Washington Open MRI was fantastic. I had three different MRI orders from three different providers. Angela was so thorough and so patient in combining all the information so I could schedule just one appointment. It was complicated, and she was great. Angela is really, really good at her job. She is also so nice and made me feel like the practice cares about me and my health. That's not always the case with other providers.

I made an appointment and when I arrived was told they didn't accept my insurance. I was a previous customer and my information was in their system. No message even to tell me not to come. Very poor communication and no customer service.
