Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to purchase anything. I spent hours trying to find the things necessary they told me to find, as they also told me they could sell me the house only to find out that they wanted only cash, yes cash, for the home we wanted. First told me they could also deliver the home to my location and again come to change their minds.

We're seriously thinking of buying a modular home here. Love their models and the ease of rearranging the layout to fit your needs. They can add a covered walk around porch or open deck, fireplaces etc. A 2 car garage would also be a must for us. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable too. There's two we really like...just bring the vision of your style and they'll do their best to make it happen.
The staff is incredible! They are always willing to go the extra mile for you. I am impressed with their knowledge and ability to walk you through the process from start to finish. If you are looking for a beautiful home, talk to Adison Pope!
