Alderman Austin took time with the Williams family during our time of bereavement and the loss of our Beloved Lt. Dwain P. Williams who was murdered on December 3rd. As his daughters we wanted to know HOW we could effect change that is sustainable to stop the violence in Chicago and especially the 34th ward. With her assistance and direction on what we could do and SHOULD. Our family now has direction and support. Thank you Alderman Austin!

She is so corrupt. It’s obvious to everyone, typical Chicago story.
I've been callin this office for almost 3 yrs. tryin to get my street Watkins from 115th to 119th repaved and new street lights. The street lights are out now from 117th to 119th and I have a house full of females goin in and out all times of day and night with no lights on the street. I'm just tryin to figure out why Vincennes is repaved with new street lights and Watkins is way worst but is getting ignored. #igiveupmaybeonedayhuh
Loves public corruption; dislikes any attempt to remove corrupted Chicago Aldermen. Ald. Carrie Austin (34th Ward) said she was near tears after she learned of Solis’ actions (wearing a wire). “You don’t do that. You just don’t,” Austin said.
