Totally amazing gym. Mostly women. It’s not a health club with treadmills and stuff. They just have classes. They also have challenges and trips. This year, 2019, they are going to Dominican Republic. I joined after all the reservations were made. But, I’m planning on going next year. I joined April 15, 2019 with a 30 day trial. The people are so encouraging and helpful. I have consistently been there at 6:00am Monday through Friday. They also have Saturday classes, but I have a been to those. I dropped 10 pounds in the first 30 days. I officially joined May 15 as a full member. Child care is available too. What I like most is the accountability! I never had that at the health club. It’s like a big happy family! I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to change the shape of their body! For all of the challenges they have before and after pictures. They are up on the walls for everyone to see. Lots of inspiration! And the instructors are really good at modifying the moves so that you can keep up as a beginner.

From my first visit, hands down a terrific gym with a positive energy. Shelli was very helpful in ensuring I was off to a great start at the gym. I appreciated her follow-up phone call to explain everything. Definitely a gym that is supportive of your success. They have great teachers and the classes are so fun you forget your working out.

Fabulous in all aspects. Love this gym and the classes are amazing.Excellently taught by helpful coaches. The juice and detox solutions are deliciously made & priced well. The massages are Outstanding too! No other gym comes close to what you get at 360 MBS.

LOVE LOVE LOVE 360! Awesome gym with awesome coaches. This gym truly cares about your well being and success in your weight loss journey. It is a bit pricey, but money well spent....you won't be disappointed.
