Aloft has transformed my life (And body) in less than a year. I finally found the activity I’ve needed to stay active, lose weight, and best of all—it made me actually WANT to workout (this is important because it has never happened before ever). The staff are all super supportive, intelligent, fun, caring humans who make you feel like you’re supposed to be there. Try something new. Take a taster. Be brave. You won’t regret it.

Very cool spot. It's a circus in a church! Came here for open house Chicago and was very pleasantly surprised. I hear acrobatic classes are offered here!

Awesome facility--my wife takes classes here and it's gotta be her favorite weekly activity. The teachers are extremely talented and hold great and very effective classes, and the environment is so encouraging, positive, and fun. My wife has improved so much over her time at aloft, and even though the class prices are a bit steep, they make it worth while. Not to mention all the regular performances here, which are always a blast, and the performance space is just fabulous!
