I've parked here on and off for several years. There's a good early bird rate for the location and my car has never been broken into or otherwise damaged. The monthly parking pass gives 24/7 parking and access, which is nice if you don't have a garage at home and need a place to park when out of town or during periods of bad weather. I would not recommend this location for folks who have trouble walking. Maintance and cleanliness of the location have significantly suffered since new management took over. The 3 elevators, which are very small, are consistently broken down. On average only 1 works at a time, if any. The stairwell is usually littered with trash and smells like a latrine. The ticket machines in the lobby that take cash are consistently broken down or malfunctioning. One of the three exit lanes has been closed for months, causing traffic jams on the way out during rush hour. It's difficult to get customer service assistance after office hours and it's not very clear when office hours are. If you can park somewhere else, I suggest you do.

I just have to say that I am so disappointed in this garage and thought they were in process of closing because over the years it just seems like they don't care. Yes there have been some parking space renovation and there is construction now which means less spaces available. BUT...they have 3 elevators and usually only 1 is working. Ppl have gotten stuck and there have been times when none of them worked. They have 3 exit lanes and one hasn't been open for Months. Then recently the other went out so that leaves only 1. This evening the only lane left wasn't accepting any tickets and the security (always nice) had no control over gate. So instead of customer service opening the gate after receiving so many complaints about the issue they let each person push the button and call. WTH!! Then they didn't open gate quickly which caused long line of 20 -30 cars with upset people who had a long day and wanted to leave especialy after waiting 20 or more minutes. We would've waited longer but we took matters in our own hands today. Honestly, if not for my job i wouldnt park here at all. They need to get it together especially being a parking garage downtown.

We paid in cash for our parking at the available kiosk prior to reaching our vehicle. The machine returned the ticket (assuming this was validated) and a dollar in change. Upon leaving however, we were prompted to pay, AGAIN. We attempted to speak to a representative with the number provided and tried to explain that we had already paid, the lady on the phone was very short, stated we needed a receipt and proceeded to hang up on us! The kiosk did NOT give us a receipt and we assumed the returned ticket would register as paid. Needless to say we were conned into paying TWICE. The customer representative was not only useless but downright rude. Never again will we use this service. It was a scam and a waste of time and money.

WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER! Parked here to go bowling nearby. When tryng to leave the garage, we were suddenly in the middle of a huge line on our way out (25 cars) that held us hostage for about 45 min. Can’t believe we paid 13 for this.

This garage can be a pain to get in and out of and everything is very narrow.
