This was my first time using Cassidy Tire and I was in a bind. After dealing with Melanie on a tire mishap caused by our great Chicago roads, they are now going to be my tire provider moving forward. The customer service was top notch. It was great being treated like a human being and not just a number. Keep up the great work!!!

I used to take my car to the Honda dealership downtown. I switched to Cassidy Tire about a year ago. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone who works here is very friendly & accommodating. They are cheaper than the dealership & also much faster. They are very transparent & communicate quickly. Highly recommend!
I was in a bind with a completely flat tire but luckily a half mile away from Cassidy. I called and they answered and were able to help me right away! Quick turnaround despite it being near closing time and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Friendly staff and helpful during a very inconvenient time. Will be back for future needs!
The only place in Chicago I trust! They’re always prompt, incredible service, and don’t make up fake vehicle illnesses that results in insane fees. Even their pricing structure is ridiculously competitive. On top of all of that, they’re so kind! The only place I’ll ever take my Jeep.
I am SO impressed with Cassidy. I took my car in after a giant snow storm that had dislodged a piece of plastic underneath my car. They were so friendly, kind, understanding, and communicative. Car was ready within an hour. Outstanding service. Your car is in excellent hands!
