This was the first time the Chicago tech community was hosting a Kotlin conference event. The community organizers were green at this, but working with Bryan Nieto and Minuteman Press was easily the best choice we could have made. Bryan was extremely receptive and responsive to our needs and very easy to work with. We called them 8 days prior to the conference event, and they had no issue with printing 2 retractable banners, a large community guidelines cardboard, and 150 conference badges. The products were professional quality, reasonably priced, and our speakers and attendees were impressed with these items that frankly made our event look legitimate. On top of the quick turnaround and the great communication via phone and email, they were thorough with the proofs for the badges - we didn't have a consistent graphic designer on our side, but they were extremely patient and even went the extra mile to fix one of the speaker's names. These were small details - from badges to registration to the talks themselves that Minuteman Press's products were used that made our conference all the more special. We've received wonderful feedback how small details like these made the conference better than most tech conferences, and this could have not been achieved without these guys. TLDR: Minuteman Press is easy to work with, fast, and gives great quality custom products. Normally in tech, we have to choose 2 of these 3 things when it comes to delivering a product. I would highly recommend going with these guys and you can bet that we will be sending other Chicago tech groups their way! Thanks again! I hope we have another chance to use your service again real soon!

We had the Chicago MMP stores print a few hundred yard signs and are very happy with the product and service. Martha kept us updated through the process and notified us promptly when the job was completed. Will be back when we need to order more.
Our company's normal print vendor has currently paused their operations, so we had to venture out to a different vendor. Found this select location of Minuteman Press via Google search, and we unfortunately wasted a number of days trying to coordinate orders (two jobs) with them. Getting any details about their pricing, shipping time frame, etc. was like pulling teeth. Our admin had to continuously follow up with questions because they were supplying NO information whatsoever. We wanted to move quickly with the print requests, but the quote sent to us showed an INCORRECT count, and when we caught it, asked for it be updated, the quote still came back the exact same price as if the numbers had not changed at all. When our coordinator followed our instructions to inquire with Minuteman Press as to why there was no change in price, just so our company could understand how the pricing structure worked, the vendor, Gary, became so aggravated at having to explain their pricing to a new customer (one they had already messed up the counts with) that HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HER - someone just trying to do their job and get price information for their company. Even though our company was eager to move forward and print/ship asap, with Gary's childish behavior towards our coordinator, I absolutely decided to push this project back another couple of days just to find a new print/ship vendor to work with instead of this joke of a local business. Customer service is a huge aspect for all businesses, especially right now when people and companies are limiting their spending in the coming months. It's incredibly unfortunate Minuteman Press and Gary acted so unprofessionally while dealing with potential customers because our company prints and ships for projects multiple times a month, so it could have been a very consistent stream of business for them. We'll happily take these projects and future work elsewhere.
Gary has no sense of customer service whatsoever. I called to make a payment, after giving them a company new credit card number that hadn't been activated yet. Gary told me I needed to call back to speak with someone else because the person I had been speaking with prior was busy and Gary had 'no idea what I was talking about', then hung up on me! Didn't ask for my name, email, order number....any information he could've used to locate my order/DO HIS JOB. I am trying to pay YOU and you want me to call you back, after I've already called back and you have me on the phone!? Was very fitting with the other interactions I had throughout my order process, with the exception of Israel. Everyone else I spoke with were rude and lacked professionalism. No way to be dealt with you are calling a business and are a paying customer. I do not like to leave reviews, but intended to speak with a supervisor about Gary. After discovering Gary was the owner, this seemed like the only option. Our company usually does work with Minuteman Press out of Oak Brook, and we have always found them to be prompt, extremely helpful, and professional. Gary and his team are a poor representation of Minuteman Press. Israel, hope you find a better place to work, shouldn't be difficult. UPDATE: 23 hours since this posting and Minuteman press has spent more time trying to reach me to change my rating on this review than I ever received as a paying customer.
