Went to get a plate sticker. I just realized it expired because I found the little card. Got a new car, transferred the plate. Checked online and the info was updated. Went to this place and the lady asked if I got an emissions test. I told her that I transferred the plate and the info was updated in the system online. Her,”Well you still have to get the new car an emissions test!” Me,”It’s a new Car!” She looks at me like I’m crazy. Her,” Well it’s too late anyway. Our system is down now. You need to go to the Secretary of State.” I look at her crazy, take my paper and walk out. I then go to the 24 hour currency exchange on North Ave & Laramie. I asked the young lady if the system was down to purchase a plate sticker. She said no. She took the paper and Put the info in and gave me my sticker. Why was it so hard for the lady on Cicero & Chicago Ave to do just that. Lazy!!!! If you don’t want to be at work at 11:00 at night find another Job! DONT GO ON CICERO & CHICAGO AVE.

Under Staffed & always has a long line. ! Went into this location 4-16 around 18:44. A customer asked which way the line was going & the employee ( Older lady with glasses ) ( gaps in teeth) went off because he asked a question. She then went back and forward with me when I said I was just telling the young lady behind me to get in front of me because she was here before me. She had the nerve to say “ you don’t have to say nothing little girl”. This was very unprofessional to me on all levels ! I understand the frustration because your under pressure but to argue with a customer it self is disgusting!!!

I will never go to this establishment again and suggest that anymore never does either. The lines are always long because the people are slow and the service is horrible. The supervisor Barbara has the worst attitude to be working in a public service position.
