Please be aware of the documentation you need going in. The website needs to be updated with clearly stated documents that one needs for the various services offered. The ladies in the morning that helped me were nice, with the exception of the man who spoke to me like I owed him money. Parking is available accross the street, if possible it is most convenient for one to go on weekday morning. A good rule of thumb here is, if you aren't sure you'll need a specific document, just take it because you'll likely need it.

Very quick now that appointments are required and was in and out in a hour. You have to have set up the appointment and bring the appointment sheet with you to be able to enter the building. Once inside you go to a window where they review your documents and give you a number. I was in and out in less than an hour with a new passport.

The phone line does never gets through! If after 20-30 minutes of hold you get someone you can hear them hang up the line!! The website to make appointments also is unresponsive.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Can't get anyone on the phone and if you get lucky and finally do. They could not be anymore ignorant.
