I love Eataly! The restaurant is amazing. The coffee bar is also amazing. The cannoli are to die for. All the food sold in the grocery store is amazing. There are European import products here that I can't find anywhere else. Every time I am in the area, I make sure to stop in.

Wine, meats, cheese, pizza, more wine! Chocolate, cola! The cutest aprons and Caio Bella everything. A must visit whether local and looking for a gift or visiting for the weekend. Two levels - lots to look through.

Eataly is a unique restaurant(s)/market(s) combination where you can buy the ingredients for the dishes you just ate. They have an extensive and at times exclusive selection of refined Italian products for purchase. The gotcha of Eataly is the massive and at times ridiculous markups on all their products including the produce that makes it more of a testament to capitalistic America than the humble Italy that it purports to be.

Have been a customer for the monthly wine subscription for a year now. Since Spring 2020, they have not consistently shipped monthly wine boxes but continue to charge the credit card monthly. I have called the wine department 1-2 times a month since Spring 2020 to check in on why wine shipments have not been coming and there has been no consistent answer, other than a complete lack of customer service and retention. I am disappointed. The wines they choose are quite good but the lack of communication and inability to understand, appreciate, and present a solution to a simple problem speaks volumes to the level of excellence provided. A monthly based subscription service should not require 1-2 separate phone calls a month to remind them to send a shipment out. Over the course of a year, I have spoken with Jamie, Kaitlin, and Julian. I hope the passion the staff has for wine can translate over into customer service and providing solutions to simple problems
