If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve applied to them probably 100 Times within the past 5 years. Never got a call or email back. I’m extremely qualified for any job they’ve posted. (I’m a programmer) They seem to be a scam to just get your information. Don’t recommend you send them any of your information. They try to seem like their legit, but go ahead and try to call them, let me know how that goes.

Awful bare bones hiring service, been getting their texts for two years and had no idea who they were or how to unsubscribe because they only just recently started putting “factory fix” at the top of the texts “Job 1 of 1: 24 - 30 / hr Manual Machinist (This was the address of the job before I deleted it to give them privacy) YES to apply, SKIP to see next job.” This is what I was getting sent to me for 2 years weekly, from several numbers so I was never able to just block them Also the website is awful, I recently found oout the way to unsubscribe is click on make a new profile, then click yes, then yes , then no, then there’s a little tiny box at the bottom that says delete account Seems like its purposely hidden but hmmm
This is going to be a mixed review. On one hand, Factory Fix is wonderful to work with. They contacted me about a position and I quickly found myself in a management position. But they do no followup. They don't seem to care about their placements after they get them into their roles. Even after they clearly know something is seriously wrong with a company they do business with, they look the other way. They don't seem to be very different than any other head hunter. If you do business with them, don't expect much forewarning of possible problems with a company or any checking in after you're placed.
I had a full time job with full benefits when i took an assignment from this agency. Dan Simman was the agent i worked with. He was always just a txt away for questions and his response are always quick. Never had a problem with this agent. Very professional and helpful and I was offered a position after 3 months of working. Would recommend him to any one looking for work.
