Oct 2013- Great helpful staff, decent prices, and even awarded with a special thanks from the girls behind the counter! They have a GREAT Variety of SIZES - up to 5X which isn't always the case in some of the stores!!! I was very impressed!

These sales associates deserve 5 stars for amazing customer service. This past October I was visiting from Tx and purchased a shirt for a friend. Of course when I got back to Tx it wasn't the right size and were really bummed about it. I called and asked about my options and they were more than happy to help me. I sent the shirt back and was going to get the same shirt in a different size. Unfortunately it was no longer available. They promptly called to let me know of the situation and asked if I wanted them to send me pictures of a few other shirts. The pictures were sent to my email the very next day and after we picked one out they said it would be in the mail tomorrow! Christian was obviously going above and beyond to help me out. We are very thankful for the help and friendly service!

Rude. The short haired blonde lady could use some manners. If it weren't for the hispanic lady, there would be no sales! HOG members are normally employed at HD and are friendly. So irritated and disappointed. This was the downtown Chicago location.

Picked up my '06 HD from winter storage. Next day it wouldn't start so I pulled the battery to give it a charge and found the connections were only finger tight. When I got the battery out, I found that my 8 month old battery had been swapped out for a Drag Specialties battery withe a date stamp of, sit down for this guys, NOVEMBER 1999 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people tried to say I put the 13 year old battery in my '06 bike. Service desk personel were EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
