Their customer service is extremely nonchalant. I felt like a nuisance that they want to get in and out as soon as possible. They refused to tell me how much an x-ray was going to cost because I have a coinsurance of 10%. I know that pricing is complicated with healthcare but they couldn’t even be bothered.

Dr. Guelich's assistant, Ally went above and beyond in helping me with follow up appointments and referrals. She is friendly, prompt, and organized. She returns calls in a timely manner and checks with insurance companies on reimbursement issues and faxes necessary paperwork for referrals. She is on the ball. I thanked her and she said she has also been a patient and understands the frustrations that comes with healthcare. Dr. Guelich is great also.
